The ‘Pharmacists delivering nicotine dependence treatment under vaping reforms’ online training module is designed to support pharmacists on the new regulatory framework introduced by the Therapeutic Goods and Other Legislation Amendment (Vaping Reforms) Act 2024. It will equip pharmacists to recognise various vape types, understand evidence for smoking cessation, and navigate the updated supply process, ensuring their practice remains compliant and patient-centred.
This activity has been accredited by the PSA for 1 hour of Group 1 CPD (or 1 CPD credits) suitable for inclusion in an individual pharmacist’s CPD plan, which can be converted to 1 hour of Group 2 CPD (or 2 CPD credits) upon successful completion of relevant assessment activities.
